Since Angela is a member of a couple of different communities, I'm going to attempt to give a brief rundown of each universe I write her in, here. Entries, for your convenience, will always be tagged with what verse they're written in.

After Shanti - retired - It's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine! Sometime after the end of second season, Adam Monroe released a strain of the Shanti Virus that killed off anyone who didn't have abilities or wasn't Mohinder Suresh. In this verse, Angela is secretly working with Adam behind her sons' backs in an attempt to get the survivors back on their feet. Peter, after all, couldn't lead his way out of a paper bag, Nathan doesn't seem to want the role, and Adam seems to be the man with the plan. Whether or not she's right in her beliefs, however, or what her sons will do, when they find out, remains to be seen.

Canon - Just what it sounds like. Though it should be noted that when new episodes of the show start airing in September, anything with spoilers will be behind a cut.

Choices

Family Ties - An AU PSL set before the start of the series. In this verse, Angela was courted by and married to Adam Monroe rather than Arthur Petrelli. Nathan's still around, the child of her and Adam--though Peter was never born--and together, she and Adam talked their son into raising Claire himself, rather than leaving her with Meredith. All is mostly well, save Angela's occasional disapproval of Nathan's dating life and her granddaughter's choices.

Open - Mostly canon except, well. Here there be pan-fandom. You get the picture.
